If this is the end,
let’s take a moment
to look back
at our journey.
If we refuse
to learn from our mistakes,
what was the purpose
of our pain?
If our suffering
goes to waste,
it’ll all be
too much to take.
I can accept the past,
no matter how difficult,
as long as it doesn’t
destroy my future.
